Chris Brown is not going to face felony costs for allegedly hitting a girl in Los Angeles again in June, as TMZ stories. The Los Angeles City Attorney’s workplace declined to file any misdemeanor costs “resulting from inadequate proof,” a spokesperson for the workplace tells Pitchfork.
