Chris Brown Will Not Face Criminal Charges in L.A. Battery Case

Chris Brown is not going to face felony costs for allegedly hitting a girl in Los Angeles again in June, as TMZ stories. The Los Angeles City Attorney’s workplace declined to file any misdemeanor costs “resulting from inadequate proof,” a spokesperson for the workplace tells Pitchfork.

Pitchfork has reached out to Chris Brown’s representatives for remark.

Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to stories of an altercation at a house within the San Fernando Valley on Friday, June 18. Shortly after, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s workplace started to investigating the incident for a possible battery case.
